I highly recommend Kipo and the age of wonderbeasts. It's an amazing adventure animated show with a very very cute story and incredible world building.
The new She-Ra is also very good.

I've watched both ATLA an LOK last year and I've enjoyed LOK, but not that much. It didn't ruin ATLA at all for me, but it was mostly MEH for the first couple of seasons. It has some interesting side characters and I quite liked Korea as a protagonist, but IDK I say watch it if you really really want to.
