I just wish people would use the "trans character" tag at least so I can filter it out or specifically look for it, depending on the day... It's so annoying when you have to really carefully read the tags to see for example if there is some vague "vaginal fingering" tag or something in there that indicates the m/m ship tagged has a trans character (or even two).

Do think the new AO3 feature that lets you block authors will come in handy there, cause I can't always keep track of authors who do this all the time.
