See, I don't think I've had an angsty, dark main character I could take seriously since Light Yagami. I was more villain protagonists that the writers didn't chicken out on making legitimately and whole-heartedly evil.

The Nineteen does it for me, but aside from him, nothing.

Maybe you'd get more of your squeaky-clean heroes if they hadn't stopped making my magnificent bastards around the same time, anon.
