There's a teacher in the UK living under police protection because he showed - with warnings beforehand so anyone who would be offended could leave - a religious cartoon. It was on a talk about censorship. There were protests about it from Muslims, even though it's just a sodding picture and he prevented offence by warning people. Now he and his family live in fear of their lives. Because of a picture.

No, actually I'm not. Race has fuck all to do with this. I don't like Islam based on the attitudes pretty much every Muslim displays towards LGBTQ, people of other religions, people of no religion... Assholes the lot.

Search for UK teacher Islam cartoon and you'll find several news articles about this. I'm not from the UK and still heard about it.
