Thank you. Yes.

To me, the best superhero show on TV is/was Legends of Tomorrow. They might be a complete shower of disaster artists, but at least they are 100% on screwing things up for the better as their aim. They care, more than any other DC show, about actually trying to be a positive force in the world.

I'm Christian and I agree with this. I want to see more fantasy or scifi based on all sorts of different cultures, legends, and lore, including Islamic cultures.

I agree personally, though to each their own. This is one reason I've always found Superman way more interesting than Batman. And why I hate the current DCU movies, other than Wonder Woman 1 and Aquaman.

Wow. Uh, no? First off, it is a small minority of Muslims who are the extremists, same as with the extremists of any religion. And second, there are already fantasy books out there based on Islamic lore and the authors are doing just fine.

I'm Jewish, and I'd love to see more fiction exploring both Islamic and Jewish lore and cultures.

This is largely why I loved the newest Batman movie so much. Yes, the setting is really dark and gritty, but the character of Batman is very much an idealistic hero. And his character development makes him even more so.
