Honestly, unless people are being really pushy about it and phrasing their requests as demands, I feel like this is more of a you problem. Specifically a "develop better boundaries" problem. If you don't want to give people recs, that's totally fine, just don't do it. Either ignore the ask, or (the better option IMO) do a brief reply that's like, "Sorry, I'm really bad at rec lists, but thanks for thinking of me as someone who might rec good stuff!" If you get a lot of these requests, you could find a blogs or two that does recs for the fandom/pairing in question, and suggest those blogs to people who ask for recs. "Sorry, recs are not my strong suit, but you could try [rec blog]!" Just post that same message each time you get a recs request and pretty soon you'll get a lot fewer requests for recs, without having alienated anyone or come off as antisocial.
