Tuna + onions. The classic. (IDK if it's a classic pizza elesewhere, but in Italy it's a pretty strandard choice)
I also like ham + mushrooms.

When the pizza bread is delicious and perfect the best choice is Margherita pizza all the way. Preferably with Mozzarella di Bufala, but sometimes I enjoy a simple Margherita.
