"Minors DNI" is the only DNI that makes sense to me.
You can't really control what other people do or see online, but trying to protect yourself from having children or minor teenagers interact with you, an adult, to talk about sex and other stuff is completely fair.

On twitter I posted my age as 30+ and written "Warning NSFW ADULT CONTENT" in my bio as a deterrent to scare minors away. They can still lie about their age, but at least I've tried to warn them.
