Harry'll be invited, and attend, he may be on the outs with the family but his dad is his dad and he won't want to not be there. Whether or not Meghan is also invited is the question. I'm guessing no on that one.

It looks like the issue is moot because they've both been invited but honestly... I can't see them not extending the invite to Meghan and/or Harry. Not because they want them there, but because NOT inviting them will draw negative attention to themselves and give her something solid to point to when they complain about being mistreated. Both the tabloids (who just want a hot story) and people who are inclined to be sympathetic towards Meghan will cite racism as the reason for this exclusion, conveniently forgetting that both she and Harry have done a lot to land themselves on the royal family's shitlist lately, most recently Harry's embarrassing book.

I also don't think Harry would go if his wife were excluded, so there's that. He's not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but in terms of familial relationships, he's been pretty loyal to Meghan.
