Very much not my ship, but godspeed OP. You have a long and arduous journey ahead of you and I wish you the best (and to start by at least sorting by 'most kudos' and filtering by 'complete' and 'no crossovers')

Can't do no crossovers for this. Most people tag shit like marvel, marvel cinematic universe, spider-man, etc.

I've found the best options is just to exclude all the big crossover fandoms that might come up.

I think AO3 has actually gotten smart about this. Excluding crossovers still gives you stuff that is tagged with multiple MCU/Marvel fandoms

Ugh I can't sort by most kudos, it's the WORST. You'll get fic that's bad but it went up at just the right time to get engagement up at the top, whereas anything that hasn't been around long enough (especially if it was posted in the middle of the night) might hit just right but will be down at the bottom.

Kudos does not mean quality.

I will sometimes sort by kudos (actually I usually use bookmarks not kudos, but same diff) but only when it's also over a specific time frame, IE, I filter it to just fics updated in the last two weeks or whatever. Especially if I'm coming back to a fandom or pairing where I haven't read fic in a little while.
