As NAYRT but a fellow ESL speaker, honestly you're just being rude. It's true that a lot of native English speakers misunerstand what we say and then we ask ourselves "is it because our English communication skills are horrible?" but if that many native English speakers are poorly literate then maybe, well, it's not our fault.
