I love fix-its set during the prequel/TCW era! But if you want a reason to continue watching: some of those fics are even cooler when you've seen the other movies and shows.

Aw, I've done something similar OP. More to do with not watching a show that I know I'm potentially going to get obsessed with, while still enjoying my current fandom and want to finish writing fanfics for it.
