Really, if there is a villain and a hero, if I get into that fandom I will probably ship.

Was really into Palpatine/Anakin for a couple years.

Palpatine/Anakin is so extremely canon, I love it. I got the novelizations of the OT as a twelve year old for Christmas and have been into them ever since. (I kind of already was from the movies, but the way Vader's heart would have done things if it wasn't machine-regulated every time he got in Palpatine's general vicinity was just ... *chef's kiss*)
