There's some things that because I'm still into them some 30 years later if I thought I could hack the pain of a tattoo I'd get, like Pokemon or DnD related(a tattoo of one of my fave god's symbols stylized in some way), but otherwise yeah I wouldn't get something so obviously fandom related because once the intense love fades will I regret it? Doubly so if it's related to a person or persons who turn out to be fuckwits?

It's gotta be something I really, really love for a long time and honestly I'm more inclined towards a not terribly original moon-phases gothy tattooo, because I like moons.
