For starters, "the little guy" according to Scott Adams was almost always a middle-class white guy who was so smart, but the people in charge just wouldn't listen to how smart he was. Seriously, go find a Dilbert calendar or something from 15 years ago. His handling of anyone who's not a white guy tends to be... awkward at best, and his main joke for the one recurring female character in that strip was "ha ha, women be angry!"

Also, the trajectory between "aggrieved techbro" and "racist douchenozzle" is not as long as you think it is a lot of the time.

Everything about Henry the VIII seems extremely old timey incel furious (by which I think you mean arrogant, high-handed, and delusional about it which isn't exactly incel imo).
