This. The other responses are likely from people who aren't familiar with Tudor history or Henry as a historical figure. He was notoriously sensitive and vain when it came to women. Rejection would've displeased him, but his reaction would likely be a lot of childish sulking because he wanted women to treat him like they'd done when he was young, handsome and not yet hauling the baggage of being a wife-murderer.

Anne of Cleves was an example of this. Her (really mild, and due to his own silly vanity) rejection of him didn't provoke him to assault her, he was kind to her in person (Anne says he treated her gently and called her sweetheart when they went to bed together but didn't have sex) and talked shit about her looks to other men. Dude noped out of a political marriage because the woman in question didn't swoon over him, LOL.
