He apologized for the emotional abuse of the various women. He didn't apologize for any accusation of rape against him.
It has nothing to do with believing the rape accuser or not. He claims he never forced sex on any woman. Tell her to sign the statement. If she's telling the truth, she won't have committed perjury. But she refuses to sign any paper and keeps on releasing messages as a personal vendetta for not being claimed as a public girlfriend. What type of alleged sexual assault victim claims she was raped, then sends a text begging to be fucked again three years later? She claimed it was so traumatic and she couldn't bear seeing his face but then begs for her alleged rapist to touch her again? Why??? It's a smack in the face to all rape and sexual assault victims.
