Someone in my country complained that Brendan Fraser was a horrible choice for the character because he's not "fat and queer". But she also ignored that Brendan WAS fat due his depression and the fear of speak about his abuse. Of course, no one took her words seriously because it was obvious she didn't watch the movie (her words) and she was already infamous.

Funny thing is that she knows that acting is, and the one time she did, it was awful (well, the whole show was awful) and not related to her at all.
