Like BNFs in a Cult of Nice fandom, one of those hellholes where bad behavior like bullying goes ignored because "everyone's so nice!" And no one is allowed to question the status quo or openly criticize the BNFs for the shit they do because they're such nice people! It's that hypocritical veneer of politeness and niceness that in reality allows a whole lot of ugly shit to go unchallenged.
