You really have to respect Henry VII for what an absolute conniving shit he was

My biggest props go to him marrying Elizabeth of York. Because yeah Henry XII's claim was through battle for the most part and super dubious, but if we accept that the Princes in the Tower were murdered before Richard III's death, England's lack of Sallic Law made Elizabeth the rightful Queen Regent, not the Queen Consort she had to settle for. Anyway through her Henry XIII's claim was pretty rock-solid.

Wait, who were the other 5 Henrys?

Anyway yeah Henry VII knew all the angles. He was a sharp one. You'd have to get up pretty early to get a jump on him.
