This idea (described in the secret, not the secret) is kinda silly to me, cause neurodivergent traits exist on a spectrum and are something people can experience for many different reasons...? One person may be autistic, one person may not be, but they can have personality traits and hobbies in common. It's not that deep, it's cool that we can relate to each other on stuff like that. No need to split hairs.

So, I came out to my mother today. Was...weird. On the one hand, she didn't freak out or get angry or disown me or anything. On the other hand, she made it clear she still believes what she believes. And then she said that she maybe understands a little because of how men can often treat larger women?

WTF, Mom? I'm not bi by choice. I didn't choose to be attracted to women anymore than I chose to be attracted to men. It isn't because I don't want to deal with fatphobic men. And frankly, women can be plenty fatphobic too. I'm bi because that's who I am.

I guess this was about the best I could expect. At least she's not kicking me out and it appears as if she's just going to pretend this never happened.

Weekend from hell.
Seizures, ERs, concussions, a totaled car, a huge outlay of money to a predatory tow company (the city called them to the accident site instead of letting us call someone), and I think i've slept about 6 hours since Thursday night. Oh - also - idiot Program Manager at my work fucking up our timesheets and so our pay will most likely be late.

Monstrous and almost-son-in-law are fine, but holy. Fuck. I need a day off. For a month.

Tomorrow - hour long trip with exSO and Monstrous to look at cars (know someone who knows someone). Gonna be fun.
