If your feelings are getting hurt over being ignored then you’re not doing what they talked about, which is picking up where you left off with the person like literally no time has passed.

The point, you missed it.

No, I have plenty of friendships that can pick up where they left off, because I'm still treated with respect and they communicate about it before/after. They know I did miss them and I know they didn't mean it = no hurt feelings.
I'm talking specifically about being called a bad friend for having hurt feelings at all, because those Meanie NTs don't get it.

I think that's something that really, really depends on the situation. The two of you mutually just talking less and kind of drifting apart, then picking back up where you left off? Fine.

Ghosting someone and leaving them on read and then thinking you can just come back to the friendship like nothing happened? Not fine, and people have every right to be mad at you if you do that.
