In Boston, Massachusetts, in the USA:

-- There is a set of underground tunnels that connect various Northeastern University buildings together. I remember that I had bought some school supplies in there.

-- The underground tunnels near the Boston Public Library connect several malls and subway stations together.

AYRT. I am so intrigued by this stuff. It's weirdly liminal.
Strangely we don't really do connecting underground tunnels, they are overpowered by subway. But passages under street was a really big thing in soviet time. And some are absolutely wild.

Portland OR has underground tunnels that were used to take goods (and local legend has it, smuggled people) from the docks to the business district. They're hella unsafe now, though.
