There's a nasty mouse in here that keeps waking me up. I've been awake since 2:30 am.

God, I miss the cat. This wouldn't be happening if she was still here.

The expression 'quiet as a mouse' is a great big lie! I hope he decides to become an outdoor mouse.

I've found that snap traps baited with peanut butter work well when I've had mouse problems in the past.

Oh man, fuck mice. For like three months this winter my apartment had a mouse. Don't ask me how the hell it remained just one mouse, I honestly have no idea. But I swear, city mice are geniuses or something, because there was not one single kind of trap that worked, and we tried so many kinds.

In the end I scared it into a corner behind a bookshelf and then scooped it up with a bucket. I honestly felt like such a ninja. But before the ninja bucket scoop operation there was three months of it flagrantly scurrying around, both at night and during the day.

I'm sorry you are going through that, too. I hope you catch yours soon.

I have had some small success with Youtube videos with angry cats yowling for two to three hours, should you wish to scare that freaky critter off.

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure if that would be easier or harder to sleep through than a mouse.
