Yes, it's a Youtube channel! One video every Tuesday (and he's been doing a Short on Fridays for things that don't have enough details or interest for a 5-10 minute video), and he just talks about a different disaster or accident every week in a very factual way. A lot of emphasis on how and why things went wrong, and then spends more time talking about what the repercussions were/are and what things have changed to prevent it from happening again. (so, engineering class redesigns, ethics committees, trials and jail time, or for one in particular not much changed a lot in the immediate aftermath but one of the kids involved grew up to invent the push bar that's used on all emergency exits now because of it!)

Out of all the videos only one really creeps me out but most of the others I've watched multiple times because it's just. Idk it's kind of soothing, in the kind of warped way that those of us who take interest in morbid things like this enjoy? He has a nice voice too.
