It is, but they get around it by saying "for more follow me here [tumblr, twitter etc.]" and having the information there. Which is fine by AO3 rules.

When you go to their other site, that's where they paywall the rest of the fic and/or the sequels which are now "original work" with very poorly filed-off serial numbers. Some of them are dumb enough to put their patreon or ko-fi or whatever on AO3 and get suspended or banned, but mostly not.
