I haven't bought a book in maybe two years now and I read almost a book a week lol
I just read books from my mother's library (we now have a huge family collection of used books we got mostly for free) or from the public library.

Since I got no money, I choose to spend them only on books from indipendent bookstores. Usually non fiction books that talk about sociopolitical, economical or ecological issues, since my public library doesn't buy those.
Unfortunately books nowadays cost almost 20€ each and I got no money with inflation and job insecurity, so I can't buy much lately.

All the other books I read? I'm going to get them for free. And I'm lucky that my library is awesome so I don't have to resort to piracy.
If I had to buy all the books or comics I get from the public library I'd pay more than 500€ a year. NOPE.

You do you, anon! Just please try writing reviews or spreading the love of the books you can't buy.
I'd probably download pirated books too if I had no access to my library and had an ereader...
