I enjoy The Rookie and I like Simone but this show is just not The Rookie.
I don’t care [about] or actively dislike all the main characters except Simone.
If the entire team got killed on mission while Simone was at home with
her dad, and we got a new team I’d be fine with that.
I usually like ensemble casts but I’m not feeling it.

Yeah.

Everyone has their own place where they draw the line about piracy. It's definitely necessary that people find a way to financially support the authors whose work they like. But it's completely impossible and impractical for most people who are voracious readers to be buying most of the books that they read before their first read, especially for physical books where storing them is a huge logistical pain in the ass.

For a lot of people, that seems to mean Kindle Unlimited, these days. But a combination of library usage and occasional piracy seems utterly fine to me personally.

Oh same OP, I've been bitter about it's cancellation for ages. It was such an interesting and fun show and had some absolutely amazing fight choreography. I never felt it got the attention it deserved tbh.

She’s just an annoying character in one of the worst of the earlier episodes. The pointed teeth and hissing are not a Twi’lek (her species) thing, it’s just her. I love some silly characters in Star Wars (which you may be less into), but she’s just ridiculous.
