I mean, sure, though if the one on the right is your great example... that doesn't look like a good dark skin colour either. Hella grey. Is that character a zombie or something?

And yep, there aren't any really dark skinned characters in Genshin. Missed opportunity especially now with Sumeru but what can you do, Chinese devs are kinda racist/colorist. But this makes it especially hilarious when antis jump down fanartists throats for "whitewashing the black characters". Hon, there are no black characters in this game at this point. At best they are kinda tan, at most ambiguously brown. Stop bitching at people for drawing, idk, Kaeya the coffee with extra milk tan he is in the game.

... not sure why you're expecting asian media that's based on a fantasy chinese/japanese country to have black characters in it but okay

Ayrt
Because Sumeru is based on India mixed with North Africa and has at least two characters whose names are based on historical African queens (the characters in question are both tan, but not black). It has an Egyptian inspired desert and everything.
And since the other countries are based on real life regions like Germany/China/Japan/Russia/France etc., why shouldn't there be any black or darker than milk coffee coloured characters as well, especially in the country based in part on North Africa?

I mean, I personally don't really care that much but it was still a missed opportunity with Sumeru.
