Exactly. If an employee is saying or doing things that make the other employees uncomfortable, an employer has every right to ask them to either stop doing that or fire them, because no one has the right to make the workplace an uncomfortable place to be for other people. It doesn't matter what the speech is about, it comes down to "you can't offend/upset other people on the clock and not expect to face consequences for it."
