I've been daydreaming about doing a worldbuilding podcast that really gets indepth about aspects of world creation but when I started thinking about the mythology bit I got worried that I couldn't do something like that now bc of how parts of fandom are about even a suggestion of incest happening. You even tag a story as involving it much less having it casually like mythology often does , and people foam at the mouth about how you're writing abuse porn or are pro incest and should die

I miss when big chunks of fandom didn't have the reading comprehension of 40 year old book banning advocates and Focus on the Family staff
