And I’m one of them, but you’re not doing anything wrong by not liking the style.

I get what cartoons you could be referring to now, I just don’t personally see the resemblance to candy apples. Either way, I don’t mind that kind of character design, but a lot of people are sick of it. And it’s understandable, whether I feel the same or not.
