The secret is that just because someone doesn't hit your happy spots, they aren't universally unlikable. Out there, somewhere, someone thinks that your favorite comedian is ugly and lame. That's the way this kind of thing works.

I concur. I have tried multiple times to like him, and I admit that I laugh at a few of his segments on TDS, but for the most part, I think he's ugly and un-funny. And I don't really care that I'm the minority, I just wish people didn't flip when they hear I don't like him.

I don't get why so many people fap over him either. The Bugle is funny and his Daily Show bits usually get at least one laugh out of me but I thought his standup special was so-so and I just don't see anything fapworthy about him. I have nothing against the guy but I honestly don't understand the rabidness of his fangirls.

hmmm. well I think he's cute and funny and enjoy him very much. I definitely express this on my own journal. however I can totally understand someone not caring for him that much. it's honestly too bad you can't say your statements outside a secret. if I read that on my flist I wouldn't cut down on my own personal fangirling at all.
