I was sad that 18 got sidelined, too. She kicked Vegeta's butt, God damn it, surely she deserved more then cameos in the next season?
(Though, ever since DBZ, the show generally focused more and more on the guys. BAWWW, I missed Lunch and was disappointed that Videl never got to win a big fight.)

I, too, wish that Akira Toriyama had drawn some scene that explained where 18 and 17 currently stood with each other. They were pretty close, so why didn't the try to find each other after their resurrection?

It's really hard to disassociate character names from actor names. Except Hugh Grant, he's just... Hugh Grant forever. I was really embarrassed the first time I accidentally called Shatner Denny instead of Kirk. :(

People have all sorts of reasons to ship the things they do. There are probably weird subconscious urges in all us fannish types propelling us to particular types of relationships that would put your decisive process to shame, weirdnessly (?) speaking. If it's getting you into the pairing and you're having a good time in fandom because of it, then it's not weird. :)

And I really love that song. I didn't expect to love a Cobra song because they're usually just great for dancing around your bedroom and posing stupidly in front of mirrors but that one was surprisingly sweet. I haven't checked out a lot of their songs so I don't know if it stands out that much from the rest of their discography, but it feels like it does.
