Shrug. When we're talking about derivative vs transformative vs fair use vs parody... how much of the original has been transformed? If someone's just replicating an existing image in a stack it doesn't transform much now does it?

And yes, yes, 'pop culture', manipulating the zeitgeist, whatever Warhol called it. But he's still a bit of a hack.
