It's Jason David Frank, who plays Dr. Tommy Oliver - one of the original Power Rangers who they can't seem to get rid of, as he keeps coming back in various seasons.

Yay to Magiranger, BOO to Ninja Storm and Tommy. I'm convinced I'm the only PR fan who hated NS and also thinks Tommy became entirely overrated and irritating once he was no longer Green Ranger.

And I don't even know how such a crossover would even work.

Well, I've loved Magiranger for a few years now, and I watched original PR waaaaaaay back when it first aired (but only, like, the first season or so), but I've recently got back into it and NS speaks to me for the character dynamics, mostly. I mean, the plot is a cheesy and retarded as ever, but I like the characters.

Also, Tommy was best as the Green Ranger, yeah. But the fact that canonically he's collecting Ranger history and generally being a watchdog kind of guy makes me want to include him.

Okay, so it isn't EXACTLY what you're asking for, but *pimps fic*

There's this epic MMPR/PRDT crossover that, in the shortest summary possible, is about how, after the end of PRDT, Angel Grove is going to hold another Power Rangers Day, and Tommy takes the Dino Rangers back with him to meet the originals. Of course, they're ex-rangers, so tons of crazyness keeps happening during the week leading up to Power Rangers Day.

It's called "Of Love and Bunnies" (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2213080/1/Of_Love_and_Bunnies), but don't let the title fool you. It's a 104 chapters (524,337 words) of well-written fic, and it's not even Power Rangers Day yet. Ninja Storm doesn't really appear until Power Ranger's Day, but every team from MMPR to PRDT will make an appearance, and there's rumored that the Mystic Force team might even show up at Power Ranger's Day, even though it's a while yet before they get their powers.

So, yeah. Unfortunately, there's no Super Sentai, but there's pretty much every US team that has been activated.
