That is how the statement reads if you know anything about the law. There’s no need to “Ask any lawyer.”, because actual lawyers have already spoken on this topic, and they all disagree with you. Don’t bring lawyers into a topic if you don’t actually understand what you’re talking about, and just assume everything works the way you want it to work. Lawyers examine the law, they don’t exist to prop up the nonsense of frothing stans who refuse to believe their guy can be a terrible person. Every lawyer that’s talked about this case agrees with ayrt that Hammer is likely guilty, but it’s difficult to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt because he’s covered his tracks so well, as many people with his power and wealth are able to do. It’s really embarrassing that you showed your ignorance like this.

Which lawyers have talked about this case? I haven't heard a word from anyone.

You’re proving that his stans are just as unhinged as he is. You’re literally wishing death on someone for having an opinion you don’t like. You’re the only piece of shit here.

They are calling you a dummy, which is not something where wishing death is an appropriate response. But I’d say you’re more delusional and willfully ignorant than dumb. You refuse to see the evidence right in front of your face just because Hammer is your fave. And they were not calling you a rapist, you’re pulling that from absolutely nowhere. They were saying that you would be a bad person to have around on a night out, because of how dismissive you are to rapists. They’re not saying you’re a rapist, but they are saying you’d turn a blind eye and not help. Which is a reasonable assumption to make, considering you’re displaying exactly that behavior. Get help and learn that faves are fallible, and bad behavior needs accountability, not stans pretending nothing happened and harassing victims.

But instead, you are "shooting the messenger" on the internet: people that don't believe the claims of this specific woman and then saying that means all her disbelievers hate women, are Armie's goo-goo eyed stans, are rape apologists, disbelieve ALL women and would never give a shit about a female possibly being raped or kidnapped on a night out on the town EVER, and are harassing and stalking anyone online that just doesn't believe HER.
