Unless the house rule is -4 STR.

(Allegedly, some horrible DM thought that was balanced against the “ability” to get pregnant. These days, it’s mainly posted ironically under pics of female weightlifters.)
himejoshiheart: tbh creature but fictional fanon cowboy man. the endo flag is overlaid over it and if you tell me to kms over that you can eat my entire ass (Default)

Yeahhhhhhhhh...
If the house rules are racist, I'm out. If I even did play tabletop games, anyways...

I get what you're saying, but I think there's a middle ground here.

I'd ask if you played in my uni DnD group OP but frankly I think we've all met another player like this at some point, they get around. xD

But honestly, I think it's fair to ask about tweaking or bending a rule(especially the standard rules because some of them are just plain stupid, 3rd Ed spot rules are fucking bonkers played as-is by the rulebook), but if the DM tells you no then that's their answer and you accept it.

Asking is fair! Whining about it is not.

TBH with the number of house rules you'd have to apply to 3e, you'd probably be better off trying to convince people to just use a different game in the first place....

Should apply to fandom communities too.

like everything i think that's a fairly common sense idea unless the rules are assholish to some segment of society it's assholish to exclude, assholiness scaled by size of group.
