Michael Jackson still gets props for his music, and I hear over and over about Kanye being a disaster but his work still being great. It's called Death of the Author.

R. Kelly has been found guilty in a court of law for his stuff which Michael Jackson wasn't, and I don't know if there's anything Kanye's been accused of that rises to the level of what R. Kelly actually did. R. Kelly is a really awful human being.

I mean, I hate all of them, to be clear. And I guess if you're going to ignore all of it anyway, then it doesn't matter. But there are distinctions.

I'm not 100% but I think not guilty. It was all about money for the accusers. Also no C Pornography images or video were ever found on MJ.
In 2013, choreographer Wade Robson, who had testified in the trial that Jackson had not molested him, filed a $1.5 billion lawsuit against Jackson's estate. 1.5 billion, man. That's a lot. (it was rejected)

the torment of his upbringing meant that m jackson had some very weird ideas as to what was acceptable behaviour around kids and what was not

do i think those ideas actually extended to fucking them? no i do not

he was found not guilty in a court of law, and regardless of your opinions on the justice system innocent until proven guilty remains a thing

It's entirely possible he behaved inappropriately around kinds, without that behavior being sexual abuse.

This isn't to say his behavior was okay at all (hence inappropriate). It was still weird and he knew better.
