"The Snyder Cut" of one of the Superman movies, way back when.

Somebody filmed "Maurice" one time and it got cut to bits in post and there's at least one fan re-construction that tries to get closer to what the original director intended.

Oh! There's a c-drama I watched, "Maiden Holmes", that often ran cut scenes in a little box during the end credits. One episode had a chaste (but nice) romance scene. The end credit version of the same scene was considerably spicier. (I applaud.)
