Look, I hate TLJ and also hate how so much criticism of the movie is dismissed via "cri moar stoopid dudebro" no matter how valid it is but this argument of yours is still pretty faulty. I mean, I kinda get what you want to say - that posting huge essays about why it's actually the best Star Wars movie ever can come across as people kinda desperately trying to convince themselves - but that's just because you don't personally like it. To someone who likes the movie, huge essays criticising it looks like someone trying to convince themselves that this brilliant masterpiece of a movie is actually bad.
Although there are several things about this movie that are in fact objectively shit, some other things are primarily a matter of taste/opinion.
