Is this a book theory from before the show scenes?

My guilty secret: I 110% support the Bolt-On Theory and I am 120% sure it will never be confirmed or have any influence on anything whatsoever.

But otherwise, it's hard to care about the "normal" theories because I've given up on getting Winds and Dream. Like, what would it change if Littlefinger and/or Olena were trying to kill Tyrion and not Joffrey? Very little if anything honestly.
