Don't need healthy. Sansa is a bit too young for me, but now I'm going to go hunting for Cersei/Brienne. That sounds fun.

Oh this is reminding me back in my Attack on Titan days how much I used to love Mikasa/Annie (I didn't finish watching the series beyond season two - but pretty sure that Annie falls under the villain category. That being said the vast majority of fics I used to read about them were modern AU. I just miss this ship because they're both badass and emotionally restrained characters which I can never seem to find in any other femslash that I've ever been into).

A big one from anime is Homura/Madoka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Well, I consider Homura a villain even though most of the fic doesn't portray her that way.

Azula/Ty Lee from Avatar the Last Airbender? You can have either one villain or both depending on when it's set in the show timeline. There's some Azula/Mai out there too.
