I actually tried KinnPorsche once and it didn't grab me. But that pool scene is very hot, so maybe I'll try again.

I'll definitely check out Manner of Death as well. Thanks for the rec!

The best Thai BL I've seen so far was actually about college students lol. But it was also very vanilla, which is cute but doesn't scratch the same itch.

I was a bit of a pirate back in the day myself, I don't mind some of the sketchier solutions, but I'm not up to date on what's usable anymore. Is the pirate bay still a thing?

Oh dear god no, please stay away from pirate bay. For shows where you need a translation, your best bet is to find them on streaming sites, such as dailymotion or dramacool. You can either watch there, or hack the website to download the video. There's also translation groups on discord (you usually need to find an invite to those), or sometimes you can just stumble upon a good samaritan who has fixed any translation issues and uploaded it to a google drive or something and left a link on their tumblr. You roll the dice with any torrent, VPNs are NOT 100% safe.

As for KP: depends what you want out of a show. One of the good things about Thai BL is that they're practically churning them out from a factory, so there's lots to choose from.

Personally, my criteria is hard to screen for without actually seeing the more intimate scenes: I'm into it when they're into it.

I just want guys who don't LOOK like they're gay for pay (they're supposed to be actors!). Most Thai BL actors look and act like they'd rather be anywhere else but are faking it to be polite, which just makes for an uncomfortable time for me watching two people NOT have a good time. (Also, a good chunk are "students" and I want more experience in my porn.)

I heard that a lot of marks on Apo during filming of the sex scenes in KP are from Mile going at it a bit too enthusiastically, and it comes across on screen as actual attraction, which gets me there 1000%. I'm having a good time watching them having a good time.

That's the reason Manner of Death is next on my list. I heard the leads have been in a couple of BL shows together, so I'm hoping they'll be more comfortable with each other physically and that will come across on screen.
