There are very few for me that are an instant hell no, because I can be persuaded if a concept sounds good from the summary and/or I trust the writer to do it well.

Extreme Underage is one that I will not read, full stop, grouped in with anything shota/loli etc. Sometimes a fic tagged Underage can be good, I've got a couple of favourites tagged that which are more about "recovery from terrible events" and are non-graphic, but when you add "extreme" it's usually just a full-body flinch away.

Oh, and anything to do with Non-Con Filming / Photography. I just nope out if something is photographed or videoed without consent, especially if shared, I don't care if its a bathroom cam or a sex tape or someone's old nudes, it's an immediate stop for me.

MM, definitely feel you-- if I'm in the right mood, I can really enjoy a fic where a character is recovering from something, or *has* recovered from something but like... now they're an adult in a situation where things are stirred back up, like when Criminal Minds fics actually acknowledge that Morgan might have extra trauma when dealing with certain cases, what have you. But I have never not *instantly* regretted it if that 'extreme' is there, I don't think I've ever seen a non-graphic fic use that tag.
