Reddit. All of my fandoms are active there and getting more so by the week. And then today it was the main place for talking about the Austrian Grand Prix because Musk wouldn’t let anyone read anything on Twitter. Tomorrow is the actual race and based off how big the sub blew up today, tomorrow will see another massive explosion of new people on there.
I’m not sure what you mean by the site being a trolly mess, tbh. It’s possible to run into that occasionally but Twitter has been far worse for that kind of behaviour for at least the last five years. Your opinion of Reddit seems like it’s based on a very outdated reputation. Reddit had A LOT of problems on the platform and at the company. But that was like 2016, maybe 2017.
