I poked around a bit and an IMDB trivia note on the movie says the replacement song is a cover version of "The Man That I Love". I hope this is correct and helps you find it!

This seems like another song - I found a youtube link so you can have a look at the dancing scene in the movie. The end's cut off, unfortunately, but it should be enough to give you an idea of the song ... the Gershwin one (with maybe the same title?) is a much slower tune and the lyrics are completely different.
