That was not my jam, but I can guarantee teenage me would have been very much into it. I didn't look into the band, but that is some classic early 90s nostalgia music.

It’s definitely early 90s nostalgia. They’re a supergroup band, with Eddie Vedder being at the center of it. I don’t really his band, Pearl Jam, and not many other Adam Again songs are for me either. I just really like this one. It’s one of two 90s songs, the other being Possum Kingdom by Toadies, that nobody I talk to who was a kid or adult in the 90s remembers. Just me.

I liked the song you recced! It was very cute, and the lyrics are well-written!

Possum Kingdom is on HEAVY rotation on my local rock station. like it NEVER STOPS PLAYING every day lol.
