AO3 -> Preferences -> in the "Comments" section tick the box for "Turn off emails about kudos".

You may still get them, and you won't get more comments, but at least you don't have to deal with the emails if they frustrate you.

You can hide the kudos display using site skins. Between that and turning off the emails, I have no idea what kudos I'm getting.
