I think all most people really need is for the sound to change when the fingers move, and for the sound to not change when the fingers don't move. So, with the caveat that this is not my instrument (so I can't tell you anything about how realistic the fingering is), this is actually a really good job by the actors/sound guys/editors. The posture and arm positioning aren't egregious and the finger movements actually match the sound.

I especially appreciate the scene being mostly side view, as it visually emphasizes the fingering and how the sound matches. I played a vertical woodwind and it's pretty hard to tell what's going on with a front view.
